The medical staff of University Health System includes more than a thousand board-certified physicians and dentists and 700 resident physicians. All are affiliated with the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and many are honored by inclusion in America’s Top Doctors and Best Doctors, Inc.

Sometimes finding the right physician can be confusing. When looking for a PCP – a primary care physician, search the following categories: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics. Pediatric specialists are listed as such, i.e., Pediatric Allergy, Pediatric Pulmonary, etc. You’ll find General Pediatricians listed under Pediatrics.
